• Dorsch Gruppe acquires 75 % of the shares in BLS Energieplan GmbH
• BLS is one of the leading German engineering companies in innovative energy consulting
• Synergies between BLS and Dorsch Gruppe will help to strengthen the companies‘ efforts in climate protection and expand the multidisciplinary portfolio in the field of infrastructure development

With effect from 01^st January 2022, Dorsch Holding GmbH acquires 75 % of the shares in BLS Energieplan GmbH, based in Berlin, Germany.

BLS Energieplan GmbH is one of the leading developers of innovative and sustainable solutions for restructuring and decarbonising of energy supply with around 100 employees at four locations in Germany. The services offered by BLS Energieplan range from energy consulting to planning in energy plant construction and building services engineering to the use of environmentally friendly technologies for the utilisation of environmental energies such as geothermal energy, groundwater and surface water and other sources via heat pumps, combined heat, power and cooling or photovoltaics. BLS is operated as an independent company within the Dorsch Gruppe and benefits from the synergies of a multidisciplinary engineering service provider with a worldwide network.
