Green Bridge Metals Announces Closing of Second and Final Tranche of Non-Brokered Private Placement

Green Bridge Metals Corporation (CSE: GRBM, OTCQB: GBMCF, FWB: J48, WKN: A3EW4S) ("Green Bridge" or the "Company") – https://www.commodity-tv.com/ondemand/companies/profil/green-bridge-metals-corp/ – is pleased to announce that it has closed the second and final tranche (the “Second Tranche”) of its previously-announced (see news releases dated January 22, 2025 and February 4, 2025) non-brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”) through the issuance of 200,000 common shares (each, a, “Share”) at a price of $0.15 per Share for gross proceeds of $30,000. 

The Company intends to utilize the proceeds of the Private Placement to support its existing operations and for general working capital purposes.

Pursuant to applicable securities laws, all securities issued under the Second Tranche will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day, expiring on July 8, 2025.   

No administrative fees or finders’ fees were paid in connection to the Second Tranche.

The first tranche (the "First Tranche") closed on February 3, 2025, and consisted of the distribution of 7,998,334 Shares for gross proceeds of $1,199,750.05 and under the First Tranche the Company issued 79,983 administrative fee Shares of the Company to Amalfi Corporate Services, for their assistance with the First Tranche closing.
