New AI inference server now available from BRESSNER

The MAXER-2100, the new 2U rackmount AI inference server from the renowned manufacturer AAEON, is now available through system integrator and value-added distributor BRESSNER Technology. This high-performance server combines Intel® Core™ processors with NVIDIA® GPU technology and is aimed at demanding AI applications.

Equipped with an Intel® Core™ i9-13900 processor and an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4080 SUPER GPU, the MAXER-2100 offers enormous computing power for intensive tasks such as processing up to 100 high-resolution video streams and training complex AI models. The system also supports CPUs from the 12th and 13th Intel® Core™ generations and is compatible with NVIDIA L4 Tensor Core and RTX™ 6000 Ada GPUs.

For fast access and memory expansion, up to 128 GB of DDR5 RAM and NVMe and SATA SSDs with RAID support are available. Extensive interfaces, including four network ports (2x 2.5GbE, 2x 1GbE) and multiple USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, allow the server to be flexibly integrated into a variety of applications.

The MAXER-2100 is primarily aimed at three main user groups: edge computing customers, central management customers, and businesses with AI requirements.

For edge computing customers, the system is ideal for scalable, server-based inference applications, such as automated optical inspection (AOI) or smart city solutions. According to Gabor Paxian, Senior Account Manager at BRESSNER, the MAXER-2100 can run multiple AI models across numerous high-resolution video streams simultaneously. With its high computing power and fast network interfaces, the server can process 50 to 100+ HD video streams simultaneously, making it ideal for real-time video analysis applications.

In addition, the MAXER-2100 supports customers in remote management of multiple devices, for tasks such as performing diagnostics, deploying or refining AI models, or storing local data on edge devices. With features such as K8S, over-the-air (OTA), and out-of-band management, the server offers the ability to scale and manage edge devices in smart city, transportation, and enterprise AI applications.

For businesses with demanding AI needs, the MAXER-2100 enables the effective use of data to develop and deploy advanced AI solutions, supported by large language models (LLMs). This includes applications in natural language processing, content creation, and the automation of customer interactions. By storing and processing data at the edge, the system provides added security while allowing inference models to be trained and refined during operation.
